A Case Study of the Munich Address
Tracing Shifts in Collective Attention Across Europe

This paper presents an exploratory case study of the Global Consciousness Project 2 (GCP-2) network during U.S. Vice President J. D. Vance’s keynote address at the 2025 Munich Security Conference.

The findings indicate that the underlying nodes behave as local transducers of collective attention, registering regionally concentrated cognitive–emotional engagement that subsequently synchronizes across the global network.
